At Compassionate Journey we consider that it is never too late for a new challenge. Sometimes we are hard on ourselves because we can’t help but see all the flaws, accepting only the criticism. What we all need is compassion, not only for others - that we are constantly reminded to generously give, yet understanding, acceptance and love for ourselves is often missing.
